Regulation

Lessons

The INTENSIVE COURSES lessons are 55 minutes. The individual and couples lessons are 60 minutes. For all LANGUAGE COURSES a compulsory entry test is required. The day and time of the test will be agreed upon at the time of enrolment.

For all LANGUAGE COURSES the minimum number of students for a course is 2, except evening courses, where the minimum is 3.

For CULTURAL COURSES a level of knowledge of Italian A2 is required, with the exception of the ITALIAN IN GAME course.

The days and topics of INDIVIDUAL LESSONS and COUPLE LESSONS are agreed upon at the time of registration. A 10-hour package must be held within a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

For the INTENSIVE COURSES, if the total number of students of the same level is less than 3, the
duration of the course will be as follows:
- 1 student, 1 and a half hours;
- 2 students, 2 hours.

 

It is not possible to change the type of course you are enrolled in.
Teachers reserve the right to change course schedules.
By submitting your application form, the student agrees to comply with the regulations.

Age limits

Students under the age of 18 can register for the courses only upon delivery of an accompanying letter receipt of the parents or the person in loco parentis and a photocopy of the identity document.

National Holidays

Our spaces are closed and therefore the lessons are neither held nor reimbursed on the following days:

Monday and Tuesday Fat and Ash Wednesday, Easter: from Holy Thursday to Easter Monday (Easter Monday), Feast of the Patron / Saint Zeno (May 21st), Liberation Day (April 25th), Labor Day (May 1st) , Republic Day (2 June), Assumption of Mary (15th August), All Saints Day (1st November), Immaculate Conception (December 8th).

We are also closed from 24th December to 6th January. Any other breaks in lesson will be announced in the course of the year.

Terms of payment

To book a language course, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the chosen course (s) is required.

The cost of the course must be paid no later than the first day of class by bank transfer or cash. Bank charges are to be paid by the student.
 

Cancellations and Refunds

Teachers must be informed immediately in writing of any change or cancellation.

  • Advances and any other payment are not transferable to another person.

  • If the cancellation is received by teachers at least 20 days before the start of the course, the total amount paid will be reimbursed.

  • If the waiver reaches the secretariat between 20 and 10 days before the course, 50% of the payment will be reimbursed.

  • No refund will be made starting from the 9th day of the start of the course.

  • If the student does not attend the course or interrupts it before the end, he is not entitled to any refund.

  • The lessons lost are not refundable.

  • Each break desired by the student during the period of study must be planned with the teachers before the beginning of the course.

Responsibility

  • Teachers can not be held responsible for losses, damages or prejudices caused to students in any way.

  • Teachers decline all responsibility in the event that a reserved service is not available for reasons beyond their direct control.

  • Students will be held responsible for the damage they caused inside the offices. Any dispute will be the responsibility of the Court of Verona.

Expulsions
Teachers reserve the right to expel those who adopt a severely reprehensible behavior. In the case of expulsion, there is no refund.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of the "INPS 4% partial compensation" and the € 2.00 Stamp if the total exceeds € 77.47.
