Intensive Plus course consists of combining the intensive course with 3 short cultural courses a week:

• Italian aperitif: an inside look at Italians’ most loved aperitifs and in particular, those most common in Verona. Each lesson consists of: an overview of typical Italian aperitifs; how to make a particular aperitif; any particularities related to the ingredients needed to make that aperitif; practical advice on how to make Italian aperitifs. The focus of the course will be to develop and improve oral comprehension and speaking ability. You must have a minimum level of A2 in Italian to register for this course.

• Caffè conversations: a morning conversation course about current events. The lessons consist of reading excerpts from Italian newspapers together with a nice cup of coffee. Speaking ability is the main focus here. You must have a minimum level equivalent to A2 in Italian to register for this course.

• Evening conversations: an evening conversation course on current events. During the lessons you will see parts of TV programs, short animated films, or Italian satire/comedy shows. The focus will be on speaking. You must have a minimum level of A2 in Italian to register for this course.
